Orion Nevel, herbalist and co-founder of Gryph and Ivy Rose. Orian is a lifelong vegetarian and second generation participant in the natural medicine world. His childhood was steeped in acupuncture, herbology, and healthy eating. That childhood grew into a passion, which led him to own and operate and herbal apothecary for 20 plus years. He is the owner of Orion Herbs, and a graduate of the University of Miami. He is a dedicated husband and father of three and enjoys discovering new wellness methods and using them with his family.

Ashley Peeler is a Wellness Coach, Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Toxicity Expert. She helps women lead a healthier and more mindful lifestyle, primarily through prenatal and postnatal training, prevention and education.

Paula D’Elia has been practicing yoga and meditation all her life and has been teaching for over a decade. She is Yoga Alliance certified in Power Yoga®, Prana Vinyasa Flow® Yoga, and Yoga Trance Dance®. Pau is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC).Paula is lifelong vegetarian and healthy lifestyle advocate.

Through her YouTube channel and her healthy cookbook, The Secret Ingredient, Pau shares her passion for yoga, meditation and cooking. She’s also a mom of two kids and strongly believes in the power of meditation and its healing powers for the whole family.

What are a few of your key recommendations for kids wellness? ( that you incorporate into your family or clients routines?)

    1. Use elderberry & Astragulus (both herbs) to boost you and your child’s immune system. Astraguls is found in Forcesheild – a daily immune support elixir .
    2. Probiotics for daily gut health – look for products made in the USA & organic
    3. Also any product or company that does 3rd party testing is a reputable trusted source.


Are there certain super foods and or ingredents that you recommend parents incorporate into their kids diets?

      1. Super Foods = REAL foods.
      2. When shopping and looking at labels, look for foods that contain 6 ingredients or less.
      3. Stay away from Artificial Colors – they can lower your child’s immune system and counter effect
      4. Aim to feed your kids 5-8 fruits and veggies a day
  1. Are there certain foods/ ingredients/ chemicals that you recommend parents avoid in their kids lifestyles & diets ?

    1. Keep away from fragrance in the home and your bath/body products. A good alternative is essential oils to use in place of synthetic fragrance
    2. If you’re using plant based milks – Look for Full Fat Milks with no added Gums.

  1. How can you incorporate healthy habits for picky toddlers?

    1. Prepare 1 meal for the whole family
    2. Mince or Finely puree veggies so you’re getting the flavor but no added texture or visibility.
    3. Have a 1 bite rule- taste buds evolve and after a couple times your child may decide he/ she likes the food.
    4. Prepare veggies in different ways. Try steam, roast, pan fry etc…
    5. If your child takes 5 bites of real food, it’s better than a full plate of processed.
