Fall Schedule Series
6 weeks- pre crawlers 9:30am-10am
Crawlers – 36 months 10:15-10:45am
3 yrs – 6yrs 11am-11:45am
7 yrs – 12 yrs 12pm-12:45pm
Kids Yoga Flow’s unique and engaging yoga classes provide opportunities for kids to:
- Improve attention & concentration
- Boost confidence & self-esteem
- Promote physical & mental strength
- Learn tools for self-control & relaxation
- Develop body awareness
- Engage in a non-competitive environment
- Increase coordination and balance
- Encourage imaginative play
- Nourish a healthy mind, body, and spirit
These foundational skills are utilized on a daily basis to successfully manage everyday stressors, academic related tasks, sports, interpersonal relationships and daily routines.
We invite children to grasp these skills through interactive games, mindfulness activities, and peer interactions.
