An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until August 15, 2022
Join us in-person at the Center for Children and Families at FIU to refresh your parenting tool box while children have some learning fun. Refreshments will be served and you will automatically be entered into our raffles. All workshops are completely free for families!

– 1 hour of content, 30 min Q & A
– Refreshments will be served
– Raffle completed at end of post-workshop survey
– Childcare provided with summer-themed crafts
– Take-home resources provided
– Parents/Caregivers can request additional resources in post-workshop survey

Parents learn six building blocks to help their children manage feelings and deal with life
stress. Kids will participate in AT THE ZOO activities.

Let’s Talk Tech!
Parents learn five key strategies to support healthy tech use at home. Kids will participate in DOWN AT THE FARM activities.

Parents learn five core tips for parenting teens with confidence and success. Kids will participate in FAIRYTALES & HEROES activities.

Toddlers & Tantrums: What Every Parent Should Know
Dr. Katie Hart will share strategies for navigating the toddler years. Kids will participate in BACK TO SCHOOL CARNIVAL activities.
