Located around the block from Aventura Mall, Gala is a newly opened fine-dining restaurant that merges South American cuisine with Latin Fusion flavors and serves up a delectable menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering indoor and outdoor seating in a beautiful patio overlooking the Downtown Aventura skyline, Gala now invites South Floridians to experience an elevated and globally-inspired brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Whether dining with family, friends or your significant others, diners of all ages will enjoy delicious menu items like Challah French Toast topped with caramelized bands and rum raisin syrup; Pineapple upside Down Pancakes; Eggs Benedict served over homemade bread pudding; Hot Asian Honey Chicken & Waffles; and healthy items like Acai Bowls or Fresh Fruit Ceviche. The menu is complemented by the restaurant’s new Cocktail Cart Service, which for an additional cost allows diners to enjoy a Build Your Own Bloody Mary or Mimosa experience, starting at $8.
