Join us for a joyful morning of movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this family-friendly practice welcomes all ages and skill levels!

Event Programming:

What to Bring:
-Yoga mat
-Athletic wear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc)
-Good vibes and your best energy!

Do NOT Bring:
-Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
-Food and/or drinks of any kind (there will be food area outdoors)
-Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
-Bags not compliant with the Hard Rock Stadium Bag Policy
-Umbrellas, poles or brooms
-Pets (only service animals are allowed)
-Electronic devices except cell phones, iPods/MP3, and cameras (lenses exceeding 8″ will not be allowed)
-Drones
-Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)
-Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member
-Strollers

*Programming, instructors, schedule, activities, etc. are subject to change without prior notice. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All attendees must be pre-registered and sign applicable waivers prior to event day. Admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Remainder of the schedule to be released closer to the event date.
