A 4 class creative workshop for middle school girls building confidence, resilience & authentic self-expression through art, music & writing

Middle school is a crucial time for developing self-esteem, confidence, and problem solving skills. This workshop incorporates creativity and key emotional skills students can carry with them as they transition into the new year. The small group size (6 students) allows for a safe space to practice self-expression and honest communication. Students will personalize their experience through playlists, crafts, letters and custom activities.
