Wellness programming:

10:15 a.m.: Bootcamp with Steelhouse Fitness

11:00 a.m.: “Stress Reset” Progressive Muscle Relaxation

11:15 a.m.: Pilates with Pure Motion Pilates

12:00 p.m.: Tai Chi Breakout Session

12:25 p.m.: Yoga with D’Nicks

1:10 p.m.: Mueveloo with Betsy Dopico

The event is taking place rain or shine, under a covered outdoor pavilion.

What to bring:

• A mat or towel for yoga and additional workout activities
• Athletic gear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc.)
• Good vibes and your lots of energy!

Do NOT bring:

• Alcohol or alcoholic beverages of any kind
• Pets
