Independence Day at Rooftop Cinema Club

Outdoor Movie Screenings on Lincoln Road
Rooftop Cinema Club South Beach is a working open-air cinema on the 6th-floor terrace at 1212 Lincoln Road, at the western end of the promenade. The deck sits high enough to catch the Atlantic breeze straight across it, with the lights of South Beach below the screen and the downtown Miami skyline across the bay once the sky goes dark.
It’s a real cinema, not a pop-up: a wireless headphone at every seat, so the music and crowds of Lincoln Road six floors down never reach the soundtrack; rows of single Adirondack chairs and two-person Loveseats, each with a clean line to the screen; and a full craft bar a few steps away in the lounge.
Screenings run year-round, and the calendar is built for South Beach — newer releases, cult classics, drag nights, queer cinema, Spanish-language features, and family matinées on weekend afternoons.
The promenade does the rest: the shops and restaurants of Lincoln Road are at street level, Ocean Drive a 10-minute walk. Doors open up to an hour ahead, and that hour — a drink, a lawn game, the sun dropping toward the bay — is part of why people come.
